Additional Information: This 45-year-old patient had her first breast augmentation surgery in 1981 with silicone implants. In 2003 an MRI detected a rupture. Performed a breast revision and implant exchange by removing the loose silicone gel and implants followed by placing 350 cc Mentor smooth round silicone implants in the same sub-muscular position.
