Additional Information: Ideal Structured saline implants 360 ccs were filled to 410 ccs on each side. Placed the implants under the muscle through a peri-areolar incision. Bra size before surgery was a 34C and bra size after surgery is a 34DD. After photos were taken 1-year post-op.
