I met Dr. Nichter and I instantly knew he was the one I wanted to perform my breast augmentation! I had met 2 other surgeons before him and was dead set on another surgeon, but I didn’t want to cancel my consultation last minute so I went.. Thank god I did! Six month ago I had a Lite Lift, Temple Lift and Eyelid Lift performed by Dr. Horowitz. I was extremely nervous and rescheduled a few times. I decided to have the surgery in the surgery center under twilight medication. I am pleased with my result and the icing on the cake is when I saw an acquaintance whom I had not seen since Christmas just last week. I just attended my 40th high school reunion on July 4th, and I got so many compliments on how youthful and beautiful I looked! This time 3 weeks ago I was having a lite face lift which is a simpler procedure improving signs of aging of the lower face, jawbone and neck. It took me a year to prepare myself to what I thought was going to be a major surgery. I want to aknowledge today how incredible my experience has been, especialy to those who like me are petrified by the word “surgery”. I must say the first 3 days post surgery are the most uncomfortable but there is no unbearable pain involved as we have pain medication available. On the fourth day was my first post op visit with the doctor. I was still very swollen but no pain killers were needed any longer. My face never bruised but my neck did. Then from there every day it became better and better, losing the swelling completely in 10 days.
Today on my 21st day recovery, I feel 10 years younger but more important, I am experiencing an indescribable happiness deep inside, having left behind all those complexes I was living, trying to hide my face in any occasion. Now I stand with my head up and look straight in people’s eyes with a smile and a certain pride…but I would like to say all of this was possible because of the most experienced and gifted doctor I have ever met, Doctor Nichter. His kindness is unique and his skills are unlimited. I would like to mention also his Consultant Erika who held my hand through my pre operation, her warmth and sensitivity touched me.
I also would like to aknowledge Pamela, the medical Aesthetician for being always available, incredibly knowledgeable and so bubbly!
I knew I would look better and refreshed after that procedure but when I see the reaction of people around me, they stand staring at me, telling me how incredible I look.
In conclusion I would highly recommend this lite lift procedure to any one who would like to improve their looks one hundred percent for a reasonable price, minor discomfort, minimally invasive procedure performed by an expert surgeon.

Doctor Horowitz and his staff were wonderful! I was recommended to Dr Horowitz by one of my friends and I’m so happy that I decided to have my procedure done at the Pacific Center for Plastic Surgery in Huntington Beach. Since my procedure I have recommended one of my friends to Dr Horowitz and I’m happy to say she loved him as well and she is scheduled for surgery. My breast augmentation was one of the scariest things that I’ve ever voluntarily put myself through but I’m so happy I went through with it. Dr Horowitz and his staff answered all of my questions from my first consultation to the day of surgery and all of the phone calls I made to their office when I was recovering at home. Going to my first consultation was a little nerve racking but eventually I learned there was nothing to it. I decided I wanted to have the TUBA procedure done (through the belly button) because there would be minimal scarring. I am happy to say that there is only a very faint tiny half inch scar on the top inside of my belly button that I can barely see or notice. That’s the only scar I have! I really recommend this procedure to those who are deciding on saline implants. I love my new breasts and i think they’re absolutely perfect!! Dr. Jed Horowitz performed Lite Lift surgery on me two weeks ago and, I have to say that I feel great!! and I’m very happy with the result. I look refreshed and natural. December 2010, I had a Breast Augmentation with an Areola Reduction w/ Dr. Nichter. As you probably may know by now, it is very nerve reckon and emotional when it comes to which surgeon is right for you and what size will be best fit for your physique or wants.
Dr. Nichter has definitely been very informative with all my questions, even offered more, and took his time to listen to my needs and wants without making me feel rushed but at ease. He definitely listened rather than telling me, also recommended but made assured that it is my decision and what I know will be best for me.
The day of Surgery, it was very pleasant from the nurses in the surgery room with outgoing and upbeat personalities, to the anesthesiologist who showed graciousness, to Dr. Nichter, who assured me of the procedures that will be performed. This definitely made my nerves calm and felt I was in the hands of a good Surgeon and his team. In addition, Dr. Nichter took additional time to assure that I will get the results I wanted, he could of just done what he can and leave it at that but as a very pleasing Surgeon he is, he wanted to make it possible. In which, he did and that was very gratifying. To know that a surgeon is willing to do what it takes to get the results of a patients wants is all that you can ask for. Never have expectations and when it happens, just be grateful.
I have always been a very happy and loving person. I had lots of confidence and self esteem. After having 3 kids w/ a very supportive husband, my breast was never the same and was ashamed to show my Husband as well as alter my style of clothing. I felt like I had everything going in my life except for that one thing.
Thanks to Dr. Nichter, he has given me that extra boost of confidence and self esteem. I am now complete. I don’t have any complaints or regrets. My husband loves it and I have gotten many compliments from my friends and family.

I had a tummy tuck a couple of years ago with another surgeon, and never during the whole process was I ever given the type of attention and care that Pacific Center for Plastic Surgery in HB given me. In Dec. 2010, I decided to have some lipo performed by Dr. Nichter and he explained the whole process from beginning to end, so I would know what to expect. As a professional in the medical field I opted for Dr. Nichter after extensive research. Several years ago I had cosmetic work done in a hospital under general anesthesia , recovery was long and the end result disappointing. I am extremely satisfied with Dr. Nichter’s work.
For those of you vacillating on having cosmetic work due to fear of not having a general anesthetic, let me tell you, I was not aware of the procedure taking place,did not experience pain, I used pain medication only once, your face is swollen and it’s frightening on the 3rd day but it gradually decreases,
I was able to tolerate liquid diet the next day, plan on 1 or 2 weeks off work. I am very happy with the results, Dr. Nichter and staff provided all the info I required and I was not pressured during the initial consultation. I felt safe under their care.
And best of all-It is affordable.
