Facial procedures include various surgical techniques designed to restore a more youthful appearance to aging skin. Depending on the desires of a patient, Dr. Nichter and Dr. Horowitz may perform facial procedures alone or in combination with each other. Additionally, our office offers injectables, laser treatments, and medical-grade skin care treatments and products to maintain a youthful appearance.
Lite-lift™

Facelift
Rhytidectomy, or Facelift, is designed to remove major folds, wrinkles, and sagging areas from the face and neck that occur naturally with aging. The procedure is frequently performed in conjunction with similar procedure for the eyelids, cheeks (cheek lift or “midface lift”) and brow. This procedure is often customized for certain areas of the face that appear to be again faster than another through a “mini- face lift” or a neck lift. More on Facelift >>>
Forehead or Brow-lift
A forehead-lift, or brow-lift, softens the lines in the forehead and eyebrows in addition to frown lines above and between the eyes. The results create a more youthful and rested appearance in the forehead and upper eyelids. This procedure uses minimal incisions and is often combined with upper eyelid surgery. Eyelift
Blepharoplasty addresses the sagging, wrinkled skin on the upper or lower eyelids, the puffy lids from bulging fat pads, and impaired vision due to excess skin around the eyelids. Nose Reshaping

Diamond Wire Facial Rejuvenation
This technique is desired by patients who seek skin rejuvenation of deep facial lines and scars without significant downtime. The technique uses a few needle punctures to reach the soft tissue beneath the wrinkle or scar, and thus does not penetrate as deep as facial surgery procedures. Lip and Smile Enhancement
There are actually multiple options for improving the appearance of your lips and smile. The most common treatments for lips involve the use of fillers, like collagen or fat.
