Larry S. Nichter, MD, MS, FACS

Dr. Nichter has an exceptional ability to understand his patients’ needs and goals for self-improvement through the art of cosmetic and reconstructive surgery.  Dr. Nichter began his career in 1985 as a professor of plastic surgery at USC.  He is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is also a member of the most prestigious plastic surgery societies.  His outstanding surgical skills and warm way with patients continue to bring him local and national recognition.   OC Magazine has acknowledged him as one of the “Best Plastic Surgeons in Orange County”.

Dr. Nichter is the President and Founder of the Plasticos Foundation, a non-profit group which travels abroad performing reconstructive surgery on children and training local surgeons in modern surgical techniques.  Dr. Nichter has participated in more than thirty-five medical missions through the Plasticos Foundation and similar organizations.
